Terms of service.

Please be aware cancellations and rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment time will result in the £50 down payment being lost. 

You are permitted to move your appointment once, if done in advance. The £50 will be transferred in this instance. Further rescheduling will result in the loss of the £50.

If you cancel within 72 hours of appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded

- You will not be able to reschedule your appointment within 72 hours of appointment

How to book:

You can book for an appointment by using our online booking system, by calling us on 01702 864849 or by visiting us in clinic. Our client coordinators are always happy to help in any way they can. All clients are required to pay a £50 deposit at the point of booking an appointment, this is done online via card payment, alternatively in cash or card in clinic. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been made. Once confirmed you will receive an email with the appointment details and medical forms to complete prior to your appointment. 

Bookings can not be made via social networks, email, text or what’s app. 

Deposits:

All clients are required to pay a £50 deposit at the point of booking an appointment.

The £50 fee will be deducted from the outstanding amount following treatment. All treatments must be paid in full on the day, we accept all credit and debit cards including American Express, cash and ClearPay. Deposits are refunded if the appointment is cancelled in accordance to the cancellation policy, please see below. 

Cancellation Policy

The Melrose Clinic requests 72 hours notice in order to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Deposits are only refunded when cancellations are made outside the 72 hour window. 

If you cancel or reschedule the appointment within the 72 hour window, fail to turn up or are running over 10 minutes late, the £50 deposit will not be transferred to future appointments. A further deposit will need to be made prior to future bookings. 

Consultations. 

At the Melrose Clinic we offer non obligation consultations for all our services. We have a holistic approach to aesthetics and want to help you look the best natural version of yourself. To do this we ensure we discuss your lifestyle, health what makes you feel confident and what also is bothering you. We will provide you will all information on treatments and help you understand the realistic results that can be achieved. 

We charge £20 for all consultations, this £20 is redeemable against treatments that are booked/ products purchased. 

Treatment refusals

Melissa and the team have the right to refuse treatment of a client at any time. 

If this situation occurs, the client’s deposit will be refunded. 

At the Melrose Clinic we are ethical practitioners who really care for our clients. We will not perform a treatment if we do not deem it to be beneficial for the client. Refusal may also occur if the client is not suitable either on examination or following completion of the medical history. 

Accompanying friends/family members. 

We do not allow friends/ family members in the treatment rooms, this is in the interest of hygiene, safety and to ensure treatments are completed without distractions. Safety is our priority. It can be normal to feel nervous but please rest assured you are in very good hands.
