MELISSA STONE RM - FOUNDER
Melissa is the founder and the lead aesthetic practitioner at The Melrose Clinic. Melissa began her medical career in 2010 as a midwife before pursuing a career in medical aesthetics and female intimate wellness. Melissa still works as a midwife and is now an NMP prescriber.
Melissa has a core focus on achieving high quality, natural results, prioritising patient safety. Melissa is a registered Save Face practitioner, she attends regular training in basic life support and anaphylaxis and is a member of an aesthetics complication group.

Robyn- semi permanent make up
Robyn is very passionate and fully qualified & insured in all areas of semi permanent makeup, lash lift and lamination. She works to deliver the most natural enhancement to the face, using the highest standard products and tools to design her work.
KRISTIANNE
Gaining 10 years experience in the industry, Kristianne specialises in high quality individual keratin bonds. Her application technique means your natural hair is not damaged and the extensions blend flawlessly with your natural hair. After years of being in this industry she is proud to have built a good reputation, having plenty of amazing results and happy clients. There can be quite a stigma towards hair extensions, some say that they affect your hair, having proudly proven over the years with numerous clients that this isn’t the case. With correct application and good aftercare your hair will actually improve! She uses 100% Brazilian/Mongolian luxury human hair. “I can’t wait to transform your hair and bring a smile to your face”
FRANKIE- Skin and laser specialist
Having been in the hair and beauty industry for 9 years Frankie is a fully qualified and insured Skin care consultant. She has completed her Skin and Laser Level 4 training at Skin Philosophy in London. Fully trained In Alumier and Hydrafacial’s, she has always been very passionate about skincare and helping clients boost their self esteem inside and out. “I can’t wait to meet you and to make you feel fabulous. CORNELIA-Skin and laser specialist
Cornelia has been in the industry for 6 years. She first started out as a massage therapist working with corporate clients in London. A few years later she realised her passion in skincare and facial treatments. She then qualified in VTCT Level 2 and Level 3, focusing on electrical facials. Last year Cornelia decided to expand her knowledge and qualify in Level 4 Advanced Beauty - IPL and Laser treatments. Since then she has also gained qualifications in Micro-needling, Hydrafacial and Chemical Peels.
Cornelia is dedicated to providing results driven advanced treatments focusing on individual client needs. Her passion for beauty, impeccable appearance and healthy looking skin is continuous and consistent.

Sue worked in the NHS as a receptionist for 22 years, during that time Sue developed impeccable customer service skills, Sue is professional and friendly and will ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable for your appointment.
MICHELLE
Michelle has been in the Beauty industry as a receptionist for a few years now. Michelle is Bubbly with a friendly nature and always willing to help, with great customer service & organisation skills for the seamless running at the Melrose clinic.
CASEY
Casey has worked in the hair and beauty industry for over 20 years, taking pride in her impeccable customer service & friendly manner. She holds an NVQ qualification in administration & will do all that she can to make your visit to the clinic run smoothly and stress free.
